To support the Civil Affairs family, leadership and organizational programs.

To promote camaraderie, responsibility, team-building and professional development of every person interested in the welfare and morale of the service-members and family members of the Regular Army Civil Affairs units and to encourage, foster and develop relations among persons presently or formerly engaged in the conduct of civil affairs operations or the welfare of Soldiers and their families assigned within the Active Component Civil Affairs community.
